Some people stumble into real estate. Eric Gonzalez was practically raised in it.
A second-generation REALTOR®, Eric grew up around the business—learning early that real estate isn’t just about contracts and closings, it’s about people, relationships, and knowing how to navigate the deal when the stakes are high. With more than 24 years of experience and over 3,000 homes sold, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Today Eric serves as the Broker and REALTOR® of Carte Blanche Real Estate Group, a brokerage based in Mansfield that proudly serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the entire DFW market. Under Eric’s leadership, Carte Blanche Real Estate Group focuses on delivering personalized service, strong negotiation, and real-world market expertise that helps clients make confident decisions.
Before founding his own brokerage, Eric built his career with some of the most recognized brands in real estate, including RE/MAX and Century 21. During that time he earned numerous top production awards while also developing a passion for training and mentoring real estate agents, helping others grow successful careers in the industry.
Eric’s leadership extends well beyond his brokerage. He currently serves as a Board of Director for the Arlington Board of REALTORS®, where he helps guide the organization and support professional standards for local real estate professionals. He also serves on the Board of Directors for NTREIS, one of the largest MLS systems in the United States, and contributes to the MLS Committee with the Arlington Board of REALTORS®, helping shape technology and policies that impact thousands of agents across North Texas.
At Carte Blanche Real Estate Group, Eric has created a brokerage culture built on experience, authenticity, and a little bit of hard-earned confidence from decades in the trenches of real estate. It’s a place where agents build real careers and clients get straightforward advice, strong representation, and results that speak for themselves.
Because at the end of the day, real estate isn’t about hype.
It’s about experience, trust, and knowing how to win the deal when it matters most.
